Board of Directors



Homeowners Associations are designed to preserve the common welfare and the property values of the community. This is the goal of the Homeowners Board of Directors. Each homeowner in Fishers Farm is a member of the Fishers Farm Homeowners Association. Board of Directors Mission Statement:

Board of Directors Functions:
The board is responsible for upholding the covenants, conditions and restrictions in order to carry out the mission of the Fishers Farm Homeowners Association. Specifically, the Board is responsible for Architecture Improvement requests, yearly budgeting, monthly expenditures, control and maintenance of the community common grounds, and presiding over various neighborhood services.

Roles & Responsibilities

President
Conduct and preside over meetings, Association member inquiry responses, neighborhood services, etc.

Secretary
Record meeting minutes, draft letters, oversee neighborhood communications, maintain neighborhood directory.

Treasurer
Manage finances for community expenses, yearly budgeting, ensure that 5, 10, 20 year plans are met, coordinate insurance policies and legal counsel fees when needed, taxes, and subcontracting agreements.
