As of January 1, 2007 the FFHOA will now be using a collection agency to collect all delinquent association dues from residents. All invoices past due by 6 months or more will be turned over to this agency on January 31, 2007. These homeowners will pay the collection agency the dues, incurred late fees and the collection agency’s fees. Our collection agency charges 20% of the amount of the bill.
