Board Meeting
In attendance were Randy Brockelman, Joni Heredia and Lisa Nazer
Financials were reviewed and approved. Randy spoke of some problems with Mainscape (flowers). Planting was late and he worried the flowers were not being watered weekly as promised. Joni said she would watch to see if Mainscape was coming out to water. Mainscape also replanted the daylilies to a different location without asking. Several plants died. Flowers were planted off center from the main sign.
An Architectural walk-thru of the neighborhood would be done
next Wednesday at
Randy ordered 2 lights for the front entrances that needed to be replaced.
