Planning Committee Meeting for the
Community Picnic on August 27.
Events planned for the picnic include a safety demo from the Fishers Police and Fire Department. Games are planned for the kids and will be run by Sara Pata. Lisa Higgins will bring a Cotton Candy machine. Residents will be asked to bring a dish of food to serve. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided. Pepsi products will be supplied by Loni Cornwell. Randy would bring a grill to cook the food on. A movie will be played on the side of one of the houses after dark. A newsletter would advertise the picnic and all the events.
Board Meeting
Financials were reviewed and approved. New features have been added to the website. The next newsletter will have a classifieds section where residents can put in ads for jobs they do including lawn mowing, babysitting or house cleaning. This will also be added to the website. It was suggested that Snow plowing expectations be added to a newsletter in the fall to inform residents of what the private snow plower will and will not do.
