December 18, 2002 Meeting Minutes
- 7:30 meeting was opened and announced as the first meeting of the
year 2001.
- Homeowners were requested to make issues known at monthly meetings.
- The board will send out minutes to these meetings.
- *Topic most discussed was the increase in dues because of lack of
payment from several homeowners.
- Fountain was removed from the pond for a while since we do not have
the funds to pay for it.
- New board for 2003 was announced. Bob Green, Mike Sauce and Sue BeMiller
will be serving for our community.
- Went over the new structure of what happens when late on dues.
- Everyone will now receive a rolling statement of your account for
your records.
- Some homeowners were concerned with the speed limit and asked what
could be done.
- Many homeowners were concerned with trash cans being left outside
homes.
- Talked about possibility of a new lawn care company.
- Discussed fixing the Fishers Farm sign in front of subdivision where
it has peeled off. Probably won't have funds to do that this year.
- Concerns about flowers and on how to make the south entrance look
better.
- Lighting concerns - Board addressed the broken lighting at the north
entrance. Efforts will be made to repair in 2003.
- Announced winners of Best Lawn-(Bob Green), Best Landscape, Best Halloween
Décor (Mike & Gabrielle Sauce), and 2001 Holiday Lights winner
(John & Laura Burton).
- Lack of attendance at the meeting (9 homeowners present)
