October 6, 2005

In attendance were Randy Brockelman and Lisa Nazer.  Financials were reviewed and approved.  New mailbox numbers and mailboxes were ordered for all mailboxes in need of repair.  The cost of the numbers and boxes would be added to the resident’s FFHOA dues in December.  Voting on the shed amendment is going slow.  Less than twenty-five ballots had been collected.  Next newsletter for Fall would be mailed and would include ballots for the shed amendment, the bill for FFHOA dues, nomination forms for election of the FFHOA Board and notice of the bi-annual FFHOA business meeting in January.  It would also contain snow plowing expectations to help residents understand what is covered under our private snow plow contract.  Nominations would be due back December 17th.  FFHOA dues are due January 1st.  It is hoped that all residents who haven’t voted on the sheds would send in their ballots with their dues.  Suggestions for the next business meeting were Sunday, January 15th, at 7:00 pm, Saturday, January 14th at 5:00 pm or Wednesday, January 18th at 7:30.  Residents were asked to pick a date that is best for them.
